By purchasing any digital product through these sites, the customer agrees fully to the terms described below. All the rules stated here apply equally across every page and service included within our network.

No Refunds for Digital Products

All products offered by our platform are digital goods delivered instantly at the time of purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, all sales are final. For this reason, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances, and purchasing a digital product from any of our sites or subdomains means the customer accepts this condition fully. Instant digital delivery prevents the possibility of reversing or undoing the transaction in a way that would allow a refund.

Accidental or Mistaken Purchases

Purchases made accidentally, by mistake, unintentionally, or without full understanding of the product do not qualify for refunds. However, we may assist by resending the download link or providing an alternate method of access when possible. The responsibility for maintaining compatible devices, updated software, and stable internet access lies with the customer.

Defective Files or Delivery Errors

In the rare case that a digital file is corrupted or fails to open, we may choose to provide a corrected version or replace the file. This measure is taken to ensure customer satisfaction but does not constitute a partial or full refund. The customer agrees that receiving a functional replacement file resolves the issue completely and does not generate eligibility for a refund.

Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute it with supporting evidence, including delivery confirmation, access logs, and purchase records. Fraudulent chargebacks or attempts to receive digital products without payment may result in the loss of access to our services or legal measures if necessary. Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any technical issues before attempting to dispute a payment.
